RE-CONNECTING TRADITIONAL FOODS TO OUR COMMUNITY
Our Holistic Gardening and Wellness Program empowers community members to grow their own food and promotes nutrition, sustainability, and healthy lifestyles. Participants become part of a learning community committed to share knowledge and successes with each other. Participants learn gardening basics, seed keeping, preservation, traditional gardening, soil health, sustainable practices, nutrition, healthy eating, medicinal uses of plants, and other holistic health topics.
