Facility Use Request Form.
This form must be used by anyone wishing to obtain permission to use space at Nueta Hidatsa Sahnish College.
Space requests must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to date of use, or two weeks if custodial staff will be needed. If 10 business days’ notice is not received, you will be responsible for the set up and take down of the space.
Please review FACILITY RENTAL FEES section (below). All rental fees are due prior to use of facility. This section also lists the maximum occupancy numbers for each space. Submission of application does NOT guarantee use of space. You will receive space confirmation via email.
- Small classroom (25) occupancy $100
- Large classroom (50-75) occupancy-$125
- CAFETERIA ONLY-$150
- Culture Center-$350
* If the room is left clean and in the same condition, 75% of fee may be returned to user at the discretion of Maintenance Department.
