Pre-Engineering

NHSC’s Pre-Engineering Program prepares students to transfer to four-year colleges and earn bachelor’s degrees in engineering. The curriculum introduces students to the profession and to a number of engineering specialties. The program provides thorough grounding in mathematics, physics and chemistry courses, which are the foundation of engineering.

The two-year program emphasizes how an engineer can benefit a local community and society as a whole; Students must achieve a “C” or better in all core classes. Those who complete the program receive associate’s degrees.
